Let us know what is happening with your device and we will give you our preliminary diagnosis free of charge! Our technician can then discuss repair options with you. Our shop rate is billed for “hands on” time only, and charged by the quarter hour. We pride ourselves on providing quality service at a truly fair price.

Our technician bills at $60/hour with each hour billed in 15 minute increments. All In-Shop service is billed for “Hands On” time only. So, unless there is a reason a process needs to be monitored, you won’t be charged for progress bar wait times, long reboots, or any other delay that does not require direct attention. Our technician knows how to multitask and use those times wisely to accomplish multiple tasks. Many of our fixes are billed for an hour or less.
Our technician charges $60/hour for both On-Site and In-Shop service, but our in shop service does tend to be cheaper because we only charge you for the technician’s “hands on” time. Where as On-Site service billing starts when the technician arrives on location and ends once the service is complete.
At BRISKE, we pride ourselves on our ability to fix almost any computer trouble, and to prove it we have a policy in place that no matter how much time we put into your device, if it is not fixed, you will not be charged for any of that time. Should something be discovered that would extend the needed billable time, you will be contacted, updated on the new information, and given the option to proceed or back out. Should you choose to back out, you will not be billed for any of the technician’s time to that point.
